About the Role
Key Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome guests as they arrive.
- Manage the seating chart and escort guests to their tables.
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area.
- Answer phone calls and assist with reservations, as needed.
- Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials.
- Support waitstaff by assisting with guest needs and clearing tables as required.
- Uphold a friendly and positive atmosphere for guests and team members.
