- Cost Management: Collaborate with the Kitchen manager regarding, kitchen budgeting, food costing, inventory management, and ordering of supplies to optimize profitability without compromising quality.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction, including participating in tastings and menu presentations.
- Innovation: Stay current with culinary trends and industry best practices, actively seeking opportunities to enhance the dining experience and restaurant reputation.
- Feedback Management: Respond to guest feedback and make adjustments to improve dining experiences.
