Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a diverse array of non-alcoholic beverages, including mocktails, smoothies, and virgin drinks
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create seasonal non-alcoholic drink menus that complement our food offerings.
- Maintain an organized and clean bar area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized and in good working order.
- Engage with guests, providing recommendations and insight into our beverage options to enhance their dining experience.
- Process orders accurately and manage transactions efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
- Stay informed about industry trends and new beverage techniques, bringing innovative ideas to our bar program.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while preparing and serving drinks.

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and creative Non-Alcoholic Bartender to join our talented team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, particularly in crafting unique and refreshing non-alcoholic beverages. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our guests’ experience by providing exceptional service and designing innovative drink options that align with our upscale brand.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a bartender or drink maker.
- Knowledge of mixology and beverage presentation, with a passion for creating unique drink experiences.
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor. - Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
